Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the store team in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Store Performance: Maximize sales opportunities and support the team in meeting and exceeding targets through focusing on KPI delivery.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide market-leading customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Wine Knowledge and Sales: Demonstrate and share your passion for wine with customers through an in-depth knowledge of our range.
  • Store Maintenance: Take ownership of the physical appearance and maintenance of the store, both internally and externally.
  • Operational Tasks: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including delivering wine to customers, merchandising stock deliveries, and calling valued customers to drive sales opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the operational running of the store and implement solutions with the team.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and complete mandatory training.
  • Team Player: Be an example of Majestic's Ways of Working and a source of support for more junior team members.
