Job Title: Children's Complex Care Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Children's Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience as a Paediatric Nurse
  • Proven experience in caring for children with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
