About the RoleThe successful individual will be a strong leader to our Academy Site Team, providing efficient and effective premises support. They will lead by example and provide hands-on holiday cover, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver statutory compliance and work closely with the Business Manager to develop a project of works to provide a safe and progressive environment for learning.
- Manage health and safety management, organised with a keen attention to detail, and have experience of contractor management including auditing and supervision of contractors.
- Develop a 5-year plan for the premises with the Business Manager and Principal, and have overall responsibility for the site security, opening, and closing of the Academy.
- Manage a team and colleague working practices, and have a strong track record of effective budget management.
The appointed person will be proficient in health and safety management, organised with a keen attention to detail, and have experience of contractor management including auditing and supervision of contractors. They will also have a strong track record of effective budget management and develop a 5-year plan for the premises with the Business Manager and Principal.
