Freelance Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Site Manager to join our client, a well-established main contractor, on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will work on projects in Barnet, Hertfordshire, and will be responsible for overseeing decent homes, external works, and roof renewals.

The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, and we are looking for a Site Manager with a similar level of expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Social Housing projects, with a strong understanding of decent homes, external works, and roof renewals.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative, and have excellent managerial skills. They will also possess SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications, and be proficient in using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

We are looking for a Site Manager who is able to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be punctual, with good timekeeping, and able to take instruction and effectively carry out tasks.
