Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Interiors Contractor

Company:

Premises Recruitment Ltd is proud to partner with a leading international brand in the glass partitioning systems sector. This company designs, manages, and installs large projects globally, focusing on beautifully designed glass partitions and doors. They primarily work on commercial workspaces and have delivered projects for some of the world's most iconic buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure project costings are accurately managed.
  2. Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  3. Process claims and payments efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the Environmental & Sustainability Lead to achieve project targets.
  5. Work from a permanent base in High Wycombe with occasional travel to sites in Oxford, Cambridge, and London.
  6. Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry at an intermediate level.
  7. Hold a construction-related qualification at T Levels, BTECs, Degree, or higher.
Benefits:
  1. Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience).
