Chase Taylor Recruitment is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team due to continued growth. This role will play a key part in supporting the department to execute the HR strategy within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and comprehensive HR guidance to both employees and managers across the business.

Our client manufactures Upvc and Aluminium windows for the Trade and has been trading successfully for over 15 years, boasting a state-of-the-art factory and a good working culture.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm/8am – 5pm.

Job Overview:

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Responsibilities:
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on complex employee issues.
  • Support the recruitment process by advertising job openings and reviewing applications.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Draft correspondence for disciplinary matters and performance evaluations.
Candidates' Requirements:
  • Must have current/recent experience working as a HR advisor.
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent with a recognised HR qualification minimum CIPD Level 5.
  • An understanding of employment law and its application.
  • Have experience using SAGE Payroll system.
Salary and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 38 days holiday (including bank holidays).
