Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at one of our lovely Sandbach Schools. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students in the Early Years setting
  • Assist with planning and preparation of lessons, including adapting activities to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of a secure and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being

Requirements:

  • Early Years qualification Level 3 or above
  • Experience of supporting children across the whole curriculum, including those with SEND
  • Ability to adapt to provide excellent provision in any class when needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
