Role Description

As a SEO Performance Manager, you will have a strong knowledge and solid understanding of the SEO industry, best-practices, and fundamental requirements for strong SEO performance. You should have a strong technical skillset and be comfortable carrying out full site-side technical audits. You will be predominantly responsible for leading the overarching strategy across multiple clients.

Your core duties will include supporting all key SEO deliverables for your clients and supporting the Associate SEO Director's and SEO Directors across their various accounts, ensuring that all associated work is delivered on time and to our client's high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the wider SEO team to service a breadth of client accounts
  2. Helping to identify, raise, and solve client issues/problems
  3. Driving the overarching SEO strategy across your clients
  4. Providing on-site technical SEO expertise and solutions
  5. Preparing and delivering in-depth technical audits
  6. Analysis of key data and providing insights/statistical analysis
  7. Performing keyword research & opportunity analysis
  8. Supporting the SEO executives with their development
  9. Supporting on ad-hoc SEO tasks and providing client support where necessary
  10. Identifying, highlighting, and proposing key growth opportunities for assigned clients
  11. Support on developing new SEO business opportunities
  12. Help raise newly identified sales opportunities to the lead-gen and sales teams
  13. Contribute to external & internal thought leadership & marketing initiatives
  14. Ensuring both team and project deadlines are met
  15. Engaging with the team to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared
  16. Working to and enforcing best industry practices

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A keen interest in SEO and digital marketing
  • A strong understanding of SEO and best-practices
  • A proven record of working within the SEO industry
  • An understanding of website markup (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • An understanding of general web and development standards
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • The ability to use Excel and advanced formulas to a competent level
  • Strong ability to communicate with clients
