We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Manager to lead our culinary team and drive exceptional food experiences for our customers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and customer service while motivating and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of delicious food to the highest standards
  • Manage our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
  • Monitor and control catering operations, including budget management and implementing action plans
  • Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image
  • Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone excels in their role
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Brilliant financial acumen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
