Job Title: Driver Debriefer

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Debriefer to join our Transport Department on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Transport Department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Debrief drivers, checking timesheets and PODs for correct completion and ensuring all necessary documentation is returned.
  • Scan and store PODs using Culina's document management system, preparing drivers' wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and assist with any customer queries.
  • Download drivers' cards/tachographs and ensure all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
  • Update spreadsheets, including change-overs, run summaries, and trailer check sheets, and depart and complete loads using the Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Ensure all uplifts are dispatched in correct loads and trailers are tracked.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Effective prioritization of workload to meet set deadlines.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually.
