We are looking for a skilled Mechatronics Specialist to join our Container Division team. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of vital port equipment.

">About the Position

This role requires a strong understanding of mechatronics and electrical/mechanical disciplines. You will be responsible for performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and corrective tasks on Gantry Cranes (STS and CRMGs) and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including setting up hoist ropes, measuring brakes, stripping gearboxes, and working on hydraulic circuits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults on PLC systems, motors/controls, and variable speed drives.
  • Collaborate with managers and engineers to deliver seamless service across the port estate.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
