Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Iver

EW Recruitment Limited is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support their team. This role will suit someone who is process driven, organised and good with Excel and other systems.

The successful candidate will work with a wider team, working within time frames to ensure that things run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Unloading and unpacking of all new deliveries
  • Counting of new stock as it arrives and matching this against the received paperwork
  • Highlighting any discrepancies to the Quality Control Coordinator
  • Cleaning of all new stock for branding/barcode placement
  • Engraving barcodes
  • Compiling and inputting all relevant information
  • Accurately recording and transferring of equipment to multiple locations
  • Loading of vehicles in a safe and secure manner
  • Carrying out stock checks on consumable items

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
