Water Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Projects Officer to join our Compliance and Consultancy Team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our water self-supply license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing water efficiency projects across the council estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the water self-supply license, including monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Implement water efficiency projects across the council estate, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Severn Trent Water and MOSL.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on water industry compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the council's water strategy and policy.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills, with experience of working with complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience of working on projects, with a focus on water efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to analyse complex data, identify solutions, and communicate recommendations.
- DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity.
- A competitive salary of £33,945 - £36,648 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
