About the Job:

AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Nuclear Waste Operations Coordinator. As part of AWE's Waste Services Group, you will be responsible for managing the review, sentencing, recording, and consignment of radioactive solid and non-aqueous waste on behalf of the company.

Job Description:
  1. Review and assess radioactive waste to determine suitability for external consignment.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with governance bodies to facilitate the export of radioactive waste.
