Job Summary:

ICTS Europe is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control Management: Manage access control systems for buildings and car parks, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
  • Site Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, grounds, and car parks to deter and detect potential security threats.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • ID Verification: Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and contractors using a professional and friendly approach.
  • Alarm Response: Respond to and de-activate alarms as necessary.
  • Site Security: Unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to ensure that no unauthorized personnel or hazards are on site.
  • Health and Safety: Identify and report potential health and safety issues and provide first aid if necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities using computer-based systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Corporate Security Officer, with a proven track record of ensuring the security and safety of clients' premises and personnel.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service and team working skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and competent IT and administration skills.
  • Certifications: SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license, and a clean criminal record.
