Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Sales Specialist to join our FM division. This role involves assisting with the commercial function, negotiating with contractors, and implementing divisional processes. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of facilities management and services, as well as experience with IT systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the commercial function of the FM division, including procurement and sales activities.
  • Negotiate with contractors and vendors, securing favorable terms and building strong relationships.
  • Implement divisional processes and procedures, promoting efficiency and best practices.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration or facilities management.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the FM sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 33 days annual leave, a group pension scheme, and free eyesight tests.
