Cyber Security Architect/Consultant Opportunity

Project People is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a leading Managed Services Provider in the IT Sector, we require a professional with expertise in cloud, hybrid, and network security to lead our security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical security leadership to ensure security requirements and outcomes are defined and considered throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Develop and implement security requirements and design input across multiple projects and technologies.
  3. Ensure effective capacity management and planning for security services and solutions.
  4. Support the Programme and Project Manager in project planning, risk and issue management, and budgeting.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience working in Cyber Security within a technical field.
  2. Familiarity with security policies and standards, governance, compliance, risk management, and technical assurance practices.
  3. Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as NIST, PCI, GDPR, ISO Series, OWASP, ITIL, and ISACA's COBIT framework.
