Job Title: Aerospace Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at Leonardo. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of products, including conventional helicopters, tilt rotors, and unmanned air systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing structural design solutions in collaboration with other engineering departments and key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our capabilities and see your designs on our product ranges from concept through to installation and flight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, create, and deliver varied and challenging design tasks concurrently engineered with the collaboration of Design/Analysis/Certification & Qualification/Manufacturing.
  • Utilize your design skills to create, innovate, and mentor while leading teams of Structural engineers to achieve delivery of fit-for-purpose design solutions.
  • Possess a passion for engineering and enthusiasm to work as part of a team to deliver complex design solutions.
  • Experience using CATIA V5 or equivalent 3D design package.
  • Able to own problems and provide pragmatic innovative solutions.


Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
