About the Role:The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and previous experience working as an SEND Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities:- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in classrooms.
- Assisting class teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Developing children's language and communication skills.
- Providing pastoral support and encouraging positive behaviour.
- Sharing progress updates with parents and carers.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
