- Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with Winnie's family, therapy team, and healthcare professionals to ensure her needs are met and she is thriving.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care and medical needs.
- Experience supporting children or young adults with complex care and medical needs.
- Confident in manual handling and suctioning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a WAV vehicle.
