PK/PD Scientist (Post-Doctoral) Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PK/PD Scientist to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the discovery and development of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models to optimize ADC dosing and regimen.
  • Establish a comprehensive framework for modeling ADC PK/PD and exposure-response relationships in preclinical and clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modeling and simulation into the drug development process.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate model predictions and inform clinical trial design.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamic principles.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
