Job Title: Electrical Team Leader

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing organization based in Bradford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the electrical sub-assembly area, providing technical support and ensuring that production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the execution of the production plan, ensuring timely delivery, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
  • Undertake electrical final testing and fault finding as required.
  • Identify production problems and work with internal Industrial Engineering on short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Responsible for training planning and delivery, activating relevant support when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supervision/management.
  • Experience of live working & testing.
  • Understanding of basic PLC/electronic control operation (training provided).
  • Experience of electrical fault finding.
  • Electrical qualification or equivalent advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles.
  • Standard IT skills (Excel, Word).
