About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading Main Contractor in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of high-end projects, including luxury developments and Grade I listed buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a commercial team to ensure profitability and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee tender presentations, contract procurement, cost reporting, and contractor management.
  • Involve in business development and client relationships to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects over £50m.
  • Expertise in contract forms and claims resolution.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Strong commercial focus and leadership skills.
