Key Responsibilities:

  2. Sales Team Management: Engage with your team by listening to calls, providing motivation, fine-tuning their performance, and offering support where needed.
  3. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads, then guide your team in maximising these opportunities.
  4. Objection Handling: Sharpen your team's objection-handling skills to create a resilient sales force capable of turning challenges into opportunities.
  5. Closing Techniques: Train diverse closing techniques, ensuring your team can close deals with different clients in various scenarios.
  6. Success Stories: Equip the team with knowledge of Austin Fraser's success stories so they can confidently share case studies with clients, building trust and connections quickly.
  7. Leadership by Example: Lead by example, stepping in when necessary to demonstrate best practices—whether it's how to open, handle objections, or close a deal, especially for new starters or those in training.
