Job Title: Female Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team and provide support to a young girl with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and providing a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Support the individual with cognitive difficulties, cerebral palsy, and autism
  • Encourage participation in social activities and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's support network to ensure a consistent approach

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep shifts
