Job Overview

Camp Beaumont is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Deputy Camp Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and has a strong background in childcare.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring the smooth operation of our camps. You will be expected to work closely with the Area Manager and other departments to deliver exceptional day camp programs and ensure the well-being of all our young camp members.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE)
  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
