Job Description

Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN

Care Home: Lepton Heights

Location: Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield

Contract Type: 24 hour to 48 hours available (days and nights)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Lepton Heights care home. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents with mental health needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the team
  • Provide medication management and administration
  • Support residents with daily living activities and promote independence
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
