Job Description: Capital Works Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Capital Works Surveyor with extensive experience in managing capital investment projects within real estate or property management. This full-time position demands an experienced professional who can deliver an efficient and proactive property management service. The ideal candidate will take ownership of surveying our properties, overseeing Capex works, and collaborating with the team to achieve these objectives.

This role requires travel throughout the Midlands, with hybrid working arrangements at our Midlands Head office, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A highly organized and effective communicator, capable of working resiliently with a flexible approach, as a key team player.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and maintenance across complex estates, preferably in a similar Capital Works Surveyor role.
  • Suitable qualifications include a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and construction processes, including planning, building control, and statutory compliance.
  • An analytical mind, methodical approach, and keen attention to detail, along with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, enabling timely delivery of tasks and meeting deadlines.

While knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial, it is not essential for this position.

Salary and Benefits:
