Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, utilizing your knowledge to help them find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Till Operations: Process POS transactions and thank customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Management: Delegate tasks to team members, demonstrate leadership skills, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial aspects of the retail business, including reading reports, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is set to visual guidelines, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
  • Compliance: Safeguard the business by ensuring full compliance with policy, procedure, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to successfully lead a team and viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  • POS Management: Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Collaborative and positive can-do attitude, demonstrating confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction.
  • Time Management: Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, quickly learning new tasks and committing information to memory.
