Job Title: Senior Planner

Anderselite Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for planning and programming projects to meet milestones and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, delivery leads, and commissioning managers to develop programmes that meet their objectives.
  • Maintain effective liaison between site operations and office planning activities.
  • Ensure quality standards of schedule reporting and forecasting for individual projects.
  • Identify opportunities and risks during the programming process and implement early warning systems for schedule deviations.
  • Develop and modify project planning techniques to improve project managers' ability to control project programme costs and manage resources.
  • Comply with all health and safety responsibilities commensurate with the role.
Requirements:
  • Practical demonstrable experience in the water/wastewater industry or construction sector.
  • Proficient in the use of P6 with proven ability to import and export data.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Project, including imports and exports.
  • Experience of working on NEC forms of contract.
  • IT literate with an ability to use a wide range of IT packages.
  • Good communicator with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
