Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at SJ Sourcing. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a health and safety role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
