Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Network Architect to join our team at CBS Butler. The successful candidate will have a background in Defence, pre-sales, and bid experience, with a strong understanding of network and routing protocols.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Delivery Executives and Solution Owners, creating innovative network solutions and offerings against customer requirements. This will involve creating High Level Designs and Architecture Overview Documents, producing estimates, and supporting the Lead Bid Architect/Solution Owner in defining designs.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable design experience, a solid understanding of network and routing protocols, and experience working alongside customers to derive requirements. They will also have experience in requirements management and associated tooling, as well as previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to Delivery Executives and Solution Owners

  • Work alongside customers to derive requirements
  • Experience in requirements management and associated tooling
  • Previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable design experience in proposing and utilising technologies from a variety of industry leading technology vendors
  • Solid understanding of a variety of network and routing protocols
  • Experience with Network Management or SIEM designs, tooling or support
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to defect resolution
  • SDWAN experience is advantageous
