Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. As a key member of our Education Sector team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Education Sector
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients' needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the Education Sector
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
