Key Responsibilities

As a High Impact Leader in Vulnerable Support, you will be responsible for creating an environment that empowers others to do the right thing for customers, being responsible for delivering an excellent service to achieve quality outcomes. You will also be accountable for managing workloads, attendance and conducting regular one to one, face to face performance reviews, confidently addressing risks to performance achievement, driving forward continuous improvement in an inclusive and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to critically analyse products and processes, identifying areas for action, resolving issues and making suggestions for improvement. Confident decision making and a firm and fair approach to people management responsibilities are also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £37,497 per annum, plus a range of benefits including family friendly policies, funded learning and development, and an inclusive and diverse environment with opportunities to join professional and interpersonal networks.
