We are seeking a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, working 37.5 hours a week in a permanent full-time role.
The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of £35,000 per annum, offering a competitive package that includes enhanced disclosure cost coverage, comprehensive induction and ongoing training, online benefits, cash back rewards, and a cycle to work scheme.
Job Overview- This care home has been developed to provide specialist support for individuals with complex needs.
- You will work closely with colleague teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support for individuals and services.

Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement individualised support plans.
- Deliver high-quality support that enables individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, colleagues and stakeholders.
You will be expected to conduct assessments, develop and implement interventions for individuals presenting with challenging behaviours, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements- A BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Applied Behaviour Analysis/Psychology/Nursing/Occupational Therapy is essential.
- Prior experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or ASC and Challenging Behaviour is preferred.
- An estimated annual salary of £35,000.
