We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team at Howett Thorpe in Farnham. This is a full or part-time position (30 hours) with flexible and hybrid working options available.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes.">
  • Liaising with suppliers and setting up new accounts.">
  • Assisting in purchase summaries and expense returns.">
  • Processing BACS payments and purchase requisition orders.">

  • Previous finance experience or entry-level candidates.">
  • Good Excel skills.">
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.">

Working Arrangements

We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, including car parking on site. The salary for this role is estimated to be £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
