Logistics Operations Team Leader

At N Brown, we're seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Logistics Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of Logistics Operations objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Logistics Operational colleagues to achieve set objectives.
  • Ensure effective time and attendance management, making adjustments as required.
  • Provide operational delivery of Health & Safety measures and housekeeping requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and report any faults.
  • Achieve production SLAs, utilizing resources efficiently and responding to production plan adjustments.
  • Role-model company values, building an engaged working environment.
  • Be multiskilled, managing multiple departments and working across sites.
  • Identify process improvements and present to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience within warehousing and distribution.
  • Effective time management and flexibility to support business needs.
  • Pride in delivering a positive and proactive service to colleagues.
  • Open and honest communication with colleagues.
  • Ability to ask questions and seek clarification.
  • Collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and adherence to GDPR governance.
