Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a full-time solicitor, legal executive, paralegal, or legal professional with appropriate training to join our busy family department at Browns Recruitment Consultancy Ltd.

We are seeking an individual who has up to 5 years of relevant experience in private family law. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of private family work, including divorce, child custody, and property disputes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with other fee earners and seek advice and assistance when needed to develop knowledge and skills. Ideally, you should be able to undertake advocacy in the Family Court. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate and practical advice to clients are essential.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support family law cases
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on family law matters
  • Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to achieve case objectives

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in private family law
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
