We're one of the most complex vertically integrated businesses in the industry, with a range of products and services that require innovative financial management systems. As our **Director of Finance Operations**, you will lead a review and rebuild of our production management and cost tracking system from the ground up.

The successful candidate will have experience leading a finance strategy/team in a complex business, significant experience in full-stack e-commerce operation, and a proven track record of building systems from scratch and turning data into actionable insights.

Our ideal candidate is someone who believes technology is the solution to every problem, and is not afraid to challenge conventional thinking. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Hands-on ownership of finance and management information, soup to nuts;
  • Recruit, lead and retain a world-class finance team;
  • Identify improvements, opportunities to automate and grow the finance 'product' for our business internally;

**Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
