About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our close-knit team in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural services and collaborating with project teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and adhere to the latest building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and adhere to the latest building regulations.
  • Review contractor submissions to ensure design intent is followed during construction.
  • Assist in site inspections and managing technical aspects of projects.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with excellent skills in AutoCAD.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients and contractors.
  • Experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Architectural Technician with a strong background in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated at £32-37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
