Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Merchandising Assistant to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. This is a fixed-term contract until June 2025, with a requirement to work three days a week from our office in Kemble.

• Maintain accurate data in range lists and purchase orders
• Input orders and allocation settings into our resource planning system
• Support the Assistant Merchandiser with trading allocations
• Oversee the logistics process, including booking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and managing warehouse queries

• Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant with a keen eye for detail
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with effective prioritization abilities
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
