Job Title: Care and Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Assistant. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting clients with medication and other health-related needs
  • Supporting clients with social activities and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with complex needs clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
