About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Test Analyst to join our team at Lhasa Limited. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the development process to ensure the quality of our scientific software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end acceptance tests using Selenium or Cypress.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality scientific software by identifying and prioritizing testing needs.
  • Line manage a small team of colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at refining testing processes and elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of testing practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in writing and reviewing end-to-end acceptance tests.
  • Knowledge of non-functional testing practices, including performance and observability.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java and/or Typescript.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A commitment to contributing to a high-performance culture.
