Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our client's Production Kitchen team in Vauxhall.
About the Role: As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be working in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Kitchen, responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts. You will be part of a team of 15-20 staff, including Bakers/Pastry Chefs and KPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pastries and desserts to a high standard
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Benefits:
- Salary of £36,000 per year
- 48 working hours per week
- Overtime paid
- Working hours from 5.00am to 2.00/3.00pm
- Off Bank Holidays, Xmas, and New Year
- Laundered uniform
- Meals on duty
- Opportunities for career progression
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
