About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to lead our team at Mamas & Papas in Lisburn, Belfast. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating magical moments for our customers and driving sales growth in our concession store within M&S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 8 to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the M&S team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with their business objectives
