Catering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at New Hall School. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our small and warm cafe, providing great customer experiences and serving high-quality food and beverages to our pupils and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:- Opening and closing the cafe, ensuring all company due diligence and food safety and health and safety standards are met
- Cooking fresh foods daily and providing a hot and freshly prepared coffee to customers
- Ordering and stock management, reporting to a manager daily and contributing to seasonal changes as required
- Experience in food handling and preparation, stock management, and ordering
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team, with a flexible and can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Good health and safety knowledge and a passion for food and service
