About the Role

Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Care team in Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with their daily routines, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
