About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Support Worker to join our team. As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain a safe and secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with residents to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Liaise with external agencies, such as landlords and homeless prevention teams, to ensure our service users receive the support they need
  • Support residents to manage their finances and promote their independence
  • Complete activities to promote and build self-esteem
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience in a social care role within the last 2 years
  • Desirable experience in the mental health field, dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, and helping people with housing and benefits
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
