Mobile Service Technician

As a Mobile Service Engineer with Nationwide Platforms, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our powered access fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to visit customer sites within the North East, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our equipment to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
- Perform fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
- Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots to ensure delivery of an effective workshop performance.
- Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
- Maintain accurate service records and update systems accordingly.
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Service Engineer with a relevant general maintenance qualification and a proven track record in the plant rental sector. You should have a good understanding of plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential.
