Job Description

This Band 5/6/7 locum occupational therapist role involves working with a complex caseload, utilizing evidence-based principles to ensure compliance with HCPC, RCOT, CQC, and Trust standards. You will be responsible for supervising junior OTs and non-qualified staff, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate OT interventions
  • Supervise and assist junior OTs, non-qualified staff, and students
  • Be flexible in working in a 7-day service with extended hours

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • NHS experience desirable
